Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
We know that sometimes things don't go as planned or you may have simply changed your mind.
Order Cancellation and Change Policy
Since we process and ship all orders very quickly, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations after your order has been placed.
If you wish to modify or cancel your order: contact our customer service as soon as possible by email* at ciao@mamiereglisse.com or by phone at (+33) 05 19 80 01 23.
We will do our best to modify or cancel your order if it has not yet been processed at our warehouse.
*In order to speed up the processing of your request, please indicate in the subject line of your email "Cancel my order" as well as your full name and order number in the body of the email.
Return and Refund Policy
If the order has been shipped, rest assured, you can return it for a refund, subject to the rules below.
Our refund policy lasts 30 days.
If 30 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your items must be unused and in the original packaging. The delivery label of the package must also be present and intact.
For obvious reasons of hygiene, we cannot accept returns once the device has been used.
Other items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Digital books
To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it.
We will also inform you of our decision on whether or not to approve your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within one week.
Refunds of shipping charges are only available if you cancel your order before the package is shipped.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Next, contact your credit card company as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regularly priced items can be refunded.
Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace an item if it is defective or damaged.
If you would like to exchange it for the same item, please email us at hello@mamiereglisse.com.
Shipping
To return a product, you must contact us by email at: hello@mamiereglisse.com and we will communicate you the procedure as well as the address of our warehouse able to receive the returned packages.
Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us.
If you are shipping an item valued at more than 500 Kr, we recommend that you consider using a shipping service that allows you to track the package or purchase shipping insurance.
We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
